Paddle order processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Tool boundary
The CSV checker runs in your browser. It is intended to help identify common CSV issues before you upload files to Shopify. It is not an official Shopify product, and it does not guarantee that Shopify will accept every file.
Support purchases
Support purchases help maintain and improve the tool. They do not create a separate account, license key, backend upload workflow, or guaranteed support service unless a specific paid product page says otherwise.
